(in)Famous

Baruch Dayan Haemes - usually such a sad phrase,
Today I can say with the intent to truly praise.
For today, the lowest of the low,
Who raised himself up high,
Had a heart attack,
And waved this world goodbye.
Michael Jackson made himself a name,
Worked hard to build up his fame,
Adored by the whole American nation,
On the cover of every publication,
Looked like quite a sensation,
In truth, he was an abomination.

There is justice in this world, tis very plain to see,
Thank you, Hashem, for showing yourself to me.

Till I read this I had no idea he died. I hope they don't try to cremate him. Plastic smells when it burns.

O come on, it wasn't like it was a missa mishuna, he died from a heart not something outlandish.

Hey, thanks for the good news! I had no idea until I saw this post :-).

True, I'm not crying that he died.
True, he was a freak and a creepy person.
True, he's been sued for child abuse.
True, everything you said.

But........

I dunno...

I was a little affected to hear that he died... I mean, he was still a person. Are we supposed to be happy when anyone dies...? Even if they're not such holy people...?

I dunno...

Just a thought.

Just thinking, read what SD wrote. Is he really considered a person, or was he just a piece of plastic?

CIB, true, it was a pretty straight way to go, but I guess his heart wasn't strong enough to handle his lifestyle.

HS, yup! By the way, did you hear that Fara Faucet died right before him?

yes, my dear, he is considered a person. just cuz he was a crazy nut doesn't mean he was not a person...

not that i'm telling you to mourn him or anything. just to perhaps give it some thought that he, too, was created by G-d.....

jt...s, you're right. He was a person, and he was created by G-d. Unfortunately, throughout his life, not only did he destroy himself, he also affected the entire world. Perhaps you should listen to Rabbi Yaakov Salomon's speech on this topic on aish.com. He explains it better than I can.

Straight way my foot. They're saying now he starved himself to death. He lived a messed up life and died the same way. Nebbach, he was not well...
